About

I’m based in the London, UK and on a day-to-day basis, I work as a Fractional Senior Research Leader & have a long-standing interest in Women’s Health.

I’m a proud board trustee for a leading charity & advisor to Women’s Health start-ups.

After navigating an incredibly challenging 12-year-long fertility journey, my twins entered the world in 2024, seven weeks early, requiring a five-week NICU stay.

In early 2025, I returned to work but gradually realised that what I thought I wanted was not actually what I needed. What I needed was more time with my children and a strategic step back, a shift in direction.

shift & re:write

shift & re:write is a thoughtful space, evidence based through informed insight examining: motherhood, career and ambition.

shift & re:write is here to explore that experience of old identities shifting and new ones are emerging.

It’s not as a set of instructions, but as an invitation to: reflect, question, and re-orient with care.

This site / project includes blog posts, curated links, research & insights on motherhood & ambition, alongside case studies of others who have navigated their own transitions between ambition and raising children.
